I believe in the power of the Client and the Clinician being a ‘good fit,’ so that the Client is comfortable showing up as – or figuring out – their true self…strengths, growth areas, vulnerabilities, and all! As the Clinician, I know the positive impact of creating the time and space for one to feel seen and heard, with me being curious, challenging, and validating, and with us working together to create and work on therapeutic goals.
I see the value of ‘relational work,’ looking not only into oneself, but to how all of the systems in our lives (family of origin, work/life balance, society at large, etc.) impact our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as who we have been, who we are and who we want to become. I look forward to joining with you and collaborating with you to moreso live the life you desire.

I work with individuals (18+), in particular women, especially those: experiencing anxiety, going through a life phase/transition, and those in the perinatal period (pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond). I also see couples, including those: wanting to get off on the ‘right foot’ and coming in to discuss communication, conflict resolution, etc., those looking to enrich their relationship, as well as those transitioning to parenthood or adjusting to new parenthood as well as parenting struggles across the lifespan.
