Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

My style of therapy is to balance being direct, yet gentle. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to figure out exactly what’s bringing them stress or unhappiness in their lives and make a plan to heal. I want you to be able to leave therapy with me feeling a deep sense of growth and accomplishment.

“Whatever makes you uncomfortable…THAT is your chance for growth. Take it!”

Coming to therapy isn’t always easy. If you are reading this you are likely in a place where you could use a place to explore what’s not working for you in your life anymore. This could be showing up as depression, anxiety, stress, conflict with your family/relationships, etc. Let’s figure it out together! My clients have told me they appreciate my direct approach, my humor, my “realness”, and my ability to help them think more deeply or in a different way about their concerns. I enjoy working with people who wonder if they “need” therapy because things aren’t “that bad” but they aren’t exactly good either. Maybe you are successful in your career but just can’t seem to make a relationship work, or maybe you seem to “have it all” but trying to balance it all has left you anxious or depressed. Or just plain unhappy. Sometimes just having an extra person to help examine things makes all the difference.
