(she/her)
Prelicensed Therapist

I am a relational therapist who believes healing happens when people feel deeply seen, emotionally safe, and empowered to understand themselves in new ways. My work is grounded, compassionate, and real. I support clients in exploring the emotional, relational, and mind-body patterns that shape their relationships, intimacy, and sense of self, while helping them build lives that feel aligned, fulfilling, and intentional.

“There is a quiet kind of strength in softness. It is the strength to feel deeply, to remain open, and to choose tenderness in a world that often rewards armor.”

I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and have professional training in relational, systemic, and integrative therapeutic approaches. My clinical background includes working with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of concerns, including emotional health, relationship distress, identity exploration, intimacy concerns, and life transitions. I integrate evidence-based models such as Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems-informed work, Bowen Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy, while also incorporating somatic and attachment-based perspectives.

I work with adults and couples who feel that something has shifted in their life, relationship, or sense of self and want support in understanding what changed and how to move forward. Many of the people I work with are navigating relationship struggles, emotional disconnection, communication breakdowns, blended family dynamics, intimacy concerns, anxiety, self-esteem issues, or major life transitions. I also support individuals who are high-functioning on the outside but feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or unfulfilled internally.

In our work together, therapy is not about “fixing” you. It is about helping you understand yourself more deeply, recognize the patterns shaping your relationships and emotional world, and build healthier ways of connecting, coping, and communicating. I take a non-judgmental, culturally responsive, and collaborative approach, creating a space where clients can be honest, vulnerable, and empowered.

Clients often gain greater emotional awareness, improved communication skills, stronger boundaries, deeper relationship satisfaction, and a clearer connection to their needs, values, and desires. My goal is to support you in building relationships and a life that feels emotionally grounded, authentic, and aligned with who you truly are.
