My name is Amanda Holmberg-Sasek, MS LMFT and I am a Minnesota board approved supervisor for those on the LMFT or LPCC track. I am also an AAMFT-approved supervisor, which means I have had extra training/supervision/experience to help you that much more! My supervision style is collaborative, casual, strength-based, solution-focused, and self of therapist focused. I like to do what works for you.
I have been supervising interns and pre-licensed therapists since 2012. I also recently co-authored a chapter on supervision in the book
The Art of Sex Therapy Supervision called “Sex Therapy Supervision through a Systemic Lens”.
Supervision Mentorship
Are you a new supervisor who wants to get more training/mentorship on your supervision? Maybe you would like to develop a supervision program in your practice and are not sure where to start. I can help!
Supervision, like therapy, can be difficult if done in isolation and without a tribe of support. I offer individual, dyad, and group supervision mentorship
I am also qualified to do AAMFT Approved Supervision mentorship.
I have experience providing individual, group, and dyad supervision in private practice with graduate-level interns and post-masters therapists. These services are $200 per hour
Consultation Services
I offer consultation services for licensed therapists. This time can be spent however is most helpful to you. Some of these things might be: case consultation, private practice development/building, implementation of systems within a larger group practice, self of therapist, etc. My clinical specialties can be found here. I have experience and knowledge in building a private practice as well as implementing things like internship and supervision programs. I am happy to chat and see if my skill set fits what you are looking for. These services are $200 per hour
