Lucreshia Grant, MS
(She/Her)

I grew up in Duluth, MN. I journeyed down to the twin cities to attend Augsburg University and then the University of Wisconsin Stout to study Marriage and Family Therapy. To be honest, I became a relational therapist to become a self-healer. I believe that knowledge is powerful, and I knew I needed a lot more knowledge about how to be in relationship and community.

I fell in love with helping couples work on issues related to basic communication to infidelity concerns, to anything in between.  I work with teens as young as 13 years old. Because I’m highly trained and very creative I like to weave together a variety of modalities to help clients get a tailored experience in therapy just for them. I come from an attachment, CBT, feedback-informed treatment approach primarily. We will work together to meet your goals.

“Life is not what you alone make it. Life is the input of everyone who touched your life and every experience that entered it. We are all part of one another.”
