(she/her)
I believe therapy works best when it is both compassionate and honest. My style is kind, direct, and collaborative, helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges.
Whether we are addressing intimacy concerns, emotional disconnection, trauma, or compulsive behaviors, I aim to help clients create greater self-acceptance, resilience, and connection.
“Safety is not the absence of threat; it is the presence of connection.” – Dr. Gabor Mate
I work with individuals ages 16 and older and couples who are navigating challenges related to intimacy, relationships, identity, emotional well-being, and behavioral change. Many of the clients I see are struggling with concerns such as desire discrepancy, emotional disconnection, sexual pain, compulsive sexual behaviors, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or questions related to sexual identity and self-discovery. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and relationship structures and provide a queer-allied and kink-allied space where people can explore their experiences without fear of judgment.
For couples, I help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, and better understand one another’s needs. Whether you are feeling stuck in recurring conflicts, experiencing a disconnect in your relationship, navigating differences in desire, or working through the impact of betrayal or life stressors, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move toward greater connection.
When working with me, you can expect a balance of warmth, curiosity, and honesty. My style is collaborative and direct, helping you uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck while also providing practical tools to create meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering—a place where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
