I prioritize creating a therapeutic space that feels authentic, supportive, and nonjudgmental, where you feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and comfortable enough for humor when it feels helpful. Therapy can be hard work, but it can also be deeply empowering.
“Trust the Process.”
My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. I am passionate about helping adults and couples navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and other personal challenges that may be impacting their overall well-being. For couples, I support them by working through communication difficulties, infidelity, conflict, and feelings of disconnection. Together, we will explore what has been happening, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical steps toward meaningful change.
