Pre-licensed Therapist
PhD Candidate
(she/her)
You are the expert on your own life. My role is to create a therapeutic relationship that honors your lived experience while offering support, perspective, and evidence-based guidance. I believe therapy works best when we collaborate to find approaches that fit your unique goals, values, and life.
I often incorporate creativity into therapy, using art, music, writing, and other expressive outlets as opportunities for self-exploration and healing. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, meeting each person where they are and tailoring therapy to their unique needs. I have a particular passion for helping couples strengthen their connection, improve communication, and navigate life’s challenges together.
“To sense the client’s private world as if it were your own, but without ever losing the ‘as if’ quality—this is empathy.” – Carl Rogers
Empathy is at the heart of my practice. I strive to create a space where everyone feels respected and empowered. My goal is to help you build on your own strengths as you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and self-understanding.
